Closed lid, will let it sit for 1 month before checking/stirring.

i know i know. it has only been 20 days but I had to taste test it for Ostara. I pulled out about a half a cup, added some water and sugar and passed it around to eager taste testers. the vote was unanimous. "OMG! This is great". I smile take a sip and put the rest away for another month. it feels great to know it is turning out well.
I just realized that if forgot to post about the final results. The results were amazing. It was a huge hit with everyone who got some and I am sad to say there is none left. Although a note: the Pear Cordule and the Strawberry Courdule mixed together is even better than each is separately.
